Ypsi’s Finest started with a last-minute fill-in set and grew into a team focused on creating nights people want to come back to.
What we do is simple. Keep the music flowing, treat people fairly, and make every night feel worth showing up for.
About Ypsi's Finest
Ypsi's Finest Entertainment was founded in 2024 by Mia, building on years of prior karaoke experience.
The idea started in 2023 when Mia filled in as a temporary karaoke DJ at Keystone Bar and Arcade in Ypsilanti and never stepped away from the booth. Dan joined as a DJ soon after, followed by Eliot, and more recently Jaime.
Together, the team built a consistent karaoke presence in the area, hosting multiple nights each week and creating a space where people felt comfortable showing up and singing.
After Keystone closed in fall 2024, Ypsi’s Finest relaunched at The Tap Room in spring 2025 and has continued expanding to new locations since.
Today, the group continues to grow while keeping the same focus they started with: making karaoke nights that people actually want to come back to.
